WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR YOUR FIRST LESSONS...
Dedicated to Dance
Frequently Asked Questions;
What do students need to wear? Something comfortable. We do not expect you to have a uniform ready to go until you are all settled into your classes. Wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Once you have registered and enrolled into classes you will be issued a Studio T-Shirt and we will discuss your uniform requirements.

What do we bring? A clearly labelled water bottle EVERY lesson please? We do sell bottled water if you happen to forget on occasion. Please just see reception.

How do I pay for lessons? We invoice by the term. We will email out your Tuition Statement once we have posted tuition fees to your account and we try to give you 21 days to pay. We invoice before each school holidays.

Where do we go? Our studio is located on 15 Lisgar St. Please be mindful of social distancing requirements when entering the building. QR code sign is is required.

Can parents watch classes? Whilst we love showing off to our grown-ups we have a closed door policy on lessons. We find this gives every child in the class the perfect atmosphere to concentrate on learning and exploring. We do invite grown ups in every now and again to show you something we have been working on or just show off how great we are doing. Of course if we feel you need to enter the classroom for a little while until we settle in your little dancer we will let you know.

Do I need to stay on premises? Nope in fact we suggest you go grab a coffee or pop to the shops and grab that milk and bread without your groupies in tow. However if your dancer is anxious or has another reason not to be apart from you, you are welcome to wait in the waiting room. However we do find if you cannot be seen at all, the lesson can go a lot more smoothly. We will let you know if you need you to stay in the waiting room though so please feel free to use the free time at your leisure.
